Terms And Conditions

  1. For any video feedback that involves spoken language, it must be in English, Mandarin, or Malay.
  2. All feedbacks submitted will be reviewed by Gazillion Nutrition management within 7-14 working days from the submission date.
  3. Upon approval, an E-Voucher (E-Product Voucher or E-Cash Voucher, where applicable) will be sent to your email address.
  4. The E-Voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of issue, and cannot be extended or redeemed after its expiry date.
  5. The E-Voucher is not exchangeable for cash and can only be used to purchase KURVACIOUS.
  6. If the purchase amount exceeds the E-Cash Voucher value, the remaining balance must be borne by the buyer.
  7. The E-Voucher can only be redeemed once per transaction and cannot be combined with other credits or vouchers.
  8. Feedbacks submitted are subject to approval by Gazillion Nutrition management for E-Voucher redemption.
  9. By submitting feedback, you confirm that the content is original and does not violate any third-party copyright, control, or consent. You will be held responsible for any losses incurred by Gazillion Nutrition or others if you breach these terms.
  10. By submitting feedback, you grant Gazillion Nutrition a non-exclusive and worldwide license to use the content for marketing and advertising purposes, including but not limited to, online stores, social media sites, websites, newsletters, catalogs, emails, and other customer communications.
  11. Gazillion Nutrition management has the right to view, edit, or reject any feedback submission that is deemed inappropriate, unsuitable, or violates the submission guidelines.
  12. Gazillion Nutrition management reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
